Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, exchanges are allowed in case of quality issues.

Quality Issues: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer care within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.

Exchange Process: Contact us at +91 9494940832 or care@festiduck.com with your order details and photos of the damaged product.

In case of any refunds approved by ABIBO BRANDS PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Please note that all disputes are restricted to the jurisdiction of Vijayawada.
